Your Henley constituency Labour candidates for the County Elections are as follows:
Will Atkinson is standing for the two-seat Thame and Chinnor Division. Will says: "I am an experienced candidate and my priority as a County Councillor would be the sensible development of Thame town centre". Susan Brown is standing for the two-seat Thame and Chinnor Division. Susan is an experienced Labour Party worker and is currently employed in the public services. Paul Collins is standing for Chalgrove. Colin Cook is standing for Goring Colin says: “If you want an Councillor with a track record of public service and a commitment to representing your views, I hope that you will be able to give me your support in the County Council elections in June.” Julia Graw is standing for Wheatley. Julia says: "As County Councillor for Wheatley I would work hard to represent all residents and my priority would be to protect Wheatley from over development" Beverley Hazell is standing for Sonning Common. Beverly says: "I work as an accountant for an international charity, and I am currently a city councillor for Marston. My priority would be listening to the concerns of the people of Sonning Common and working hard to ensure that the County Council addressed these concerns.” Mark Ligo is standing for Watlington. Mark says: “As a County Councillor for Watlington I would like to improve the lives of all residents by protecting the Countryside, ensuring there is more funding for youth provision (which at the moment is inadequate) and supporting the community.” Sian Llewellyn is standing for Dorchester and Berinsfield. Sian says: "As your County Councillor I would work to improve the lives of the people living in Dorchester and Berinsfield through focusing on the basics of education, public transport, safer roads and improved facilties for young people." Joel Mullan is standing for Henley North and the Chilterns. Joel says: "As a County Councillor I would work hard to improve the quality of our schools and youth services, and in this time of recession, ensure that your Council offers value for money. Sue Tanner is standing for Henley South. Sue says: "I worked for the County Council for more than 20 years until my retirement. My priorities for Henley South would be to provide every possible help for those affected by the recession, to support those with caring responsibilities and to ensure that our schools are performing excellently."
